Majestic Homes Ltd was incorporated in 2003, and has been registered with TARION since that same year.

Razvan Constantinescu, president of the company, placed his academic and practical skills at the foundation of Majestic Homes Ltd. He laid to the basis of the business his formal education in civil engineering, as well as his many years of working experience in residential construction.

Since incorporation, Majestic Homes has been exclusively focused on the local residential building industry. Kitchener-Waterloo is a vibrant community, with an incredible development pace.
